What flavour of Imbibe would be better to make into a delicious cocktail than "be wild"? I love how the tart and sweet flavour of the "be wild" kefir matches the classic Aviator tart flavours. This is a drink for lovers of sour, and can be sweetened easily with a little coconut syrup in the cocktail shaker for those that aren't. This recipe is super simple, and a pretty low calorie drink.
For this cocktail I used Prairie Organic Gin, it is really light on the botanicals and is a lower proof than most of the big names in gin, so is a little less fiery. I'd also recommend getting your hands on something a little more local, Young Henry's Noble Cut for something a little more punchy.
60 mL (2 shots) of gin
30 mL (1 shot) or maraschino liqueur
30 mL (1 shot) of fresh lemon juice
lemon slices for garnish
90 mL of "Be Wild" Imbibe Living Water Kefir
Fill cocktail glass with ice cubes to chill while making your cocktail.
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and top with gin, maraschino liqueur and lemon juice.
Shake vigorously, remove ice from cocktail glass and pour in your cocktail.
Top with Imbibe kefir and garnish with a lemon slice and a maraschino cherry.
